The ingredients are simple and you can count them all on one hand!

We have all learnt to mistrust products that have a hugely long list of ingredients on the label; here instead, we present one of the basic components of our culinary tradition: cheese; original or seasoned with sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or linseed.

For every available flavour we have studied the special blend necessary to provide part of the daily recommended intake in terms of protein, calcium, phosphorus and omega.

We know how fundamental it is to keep these nutritional elements in balance so that people are able to keep themselves in good health and in best shape: we would like to enable people to train for longer periods and and at a higher-performance and to be able to concentrate for longer too, and we would also like to keep you from other fried and fatty snacks that provide little nutritional value.

SEMPREORA is oven-cooked and preservative-free. It is only produced from cheeses selected for their high nutritional value, and, furthermore, is gluten-free too. It can be consumed at any age and is recommended for children.

All our snack products are produced and packaged in Italy in accordance with the highest international certification Brs/Ifs.

Every packet of SEMPREORA is made from FSC (Forests for all forever) certified card and aims to reduce our environmental impact; as well as this, every distribution container and the external packaging in the shipping phase is made from recyclable card.

SEMPREORA’s purpose is to design snacks for healthy-living. 

A 40g packet to consume daily contains macro and micro nutrients beneficial to the body in balanced proportions:

CALCIUM (equal to about 60% of the recommended nutritional reference value)

PHOSPHORUS (equal to about 40% of the recommended nutritional reference value)

OMEGA 3 (equal to about 33% of the average recommended requirement)

PROTEIN (equal to about 30% of the average recommended requirement)

There are 8 essential amino acids within the protein in SEMPREORA:

TREONIN, LISIN, METHIONINE, FENILALANIN, VALIN, ISOLEUCINE, LEUCINE.

This last one, which is present in 5g of every packet, plays an essential role in growth and muscular development, as well as helping the work of metabolism and working with diet regimes to increase a sense of fullness and satisfaction.  

SEMPREORA products are suitable for low glycemic diets.
